Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. It’s known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species.
Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Pick up at Nairobi city centre in the morning, you travel South East towards Amboseli aiming to arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Set off for your first game drive into the park in the afternoon returning to your lodge at sun set.
Overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge on full board basis (supplement for Amboseli Serena)
Amboseli – Taita Hills Reserve
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the park, then catch your last views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro as you continue to Taita Hills Private Game Sanctuary for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the reserve until sun set. At night you can continue viewing game from lodge’s underground hide or from the lodge balconies.
Overnight at Saltlick Safari Lodge on full board basis.
Taita Hills Reserve – Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Drive along the Mombasa – Nairobi highway aiming to arrive at the city around midday or extension to Mombasa baobab Beach Resort.
